The Sihanoukville Chapter of CHA has just recently formalized its Board of Directors and is steadily expanding its membership. In the word of the Sihanoukville Chapter President Seth Hoeger:

“It is important that all levels of hotels are represented within the CHA from guest houses to 5 star; to being located on the mainland or based on one of the islands. What happens in Sihanoukville has an impact on us all. If safety and security are an issue, we all take the hit with less people willing to travel to the coast. If more lights are added we all benefit with easier access.
